I'm curious what people are using for replacement shackles and leaf spring bushings?
I have some squeaking and movement in the bushings on the leaf spring bushings and I think the previous owner did some things wrong with the rear shackles and they need replacement.
What have people tried and anything specifically to avoid?

Shackles- Archive Garage are a little high priced for the moment. ATS has some that look decent.
Leaf spring bushings- Energy-suspension, Archive garage (have to confirm fitment)

I purchased a complete set of Dayton RB-260 leaf spring bushings through rockauto when building my bastard packs. The donor leafs ended up having minty looking oem bushings so I didn't dare swap them.
They aren't quite OEM quality, but look good enough for me.

Thanks for that suggestion. I continued searching and came across this post from @Archive that suggests the shackle and leaf spring bushings are the same. I ordered some up with replacement bolts to try out.
Did you replace your shackles? What did you go with?

I came across this part number, but I'm not sure if this is compatible with our trucks. It looks to be the shackle but without the bushings. For the price ($24.81), it's probably worth the risk.

I did not. I had a complete rear axle out of a donor truck when doing the rear suspension work. I used the best parts of the two for the build, keeping the leftovers as spares.

@empty_lord or @shifty` do either of you know if the shackle part above (Toyota part 04005-65104) will work on our trucks?

Honestly, you'd need to order one and compare the width at both ends and caliper the inner diameter of the bushing end to see if it is compatible with the bushing for our trucks. That said, you'll need to buy and press a bushing into the bushing end before you can use.

FYI, ATS does sell a replacement hanger kit and shackles for our trucks. Here's the shackle kit, with bushing pre-pressed: https://www.autoandtrucksprings.com...-shackle-kit-oem-044830c030-480420c011-bt-t9/

Currently at $70/side, which is potentially close to what you'll pay for two of the ones you're showing, and the bushings and hardware?

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm tempted to test it out.
I already have bushings on the way. Thanks to the post by Eric at Archive I got the bushings for about $3/each.

Looking at @JakeJake's cutaway pics up there, I wonder how fruitful or helpful it would be to pop a zerk in the ass-end of that hanger to lube up the bushings?

I think the rubber will be long gone by the time that the outer shell of the bushing causes any issues. Drilling spring steel is rough even with an ideal setup.

I definitely don't have a setup for that. It would be winging it. I did see that someone makes bolts that have zerks built into the head so that you could grease from the inside out. But wasn't sure how worthwhile they would be.
