rear bumper swap

Ready Lift 4"/2" sst lift kit, Firestone Ride Rite airbags, Fisher SD snowplow

I have a 2021 TRD Off Road. The truck came thru with a chrome front bumper and color matched rear bumper. i want to get the chrome bumper for the rear. Does anyone know the part numbers for this swap? It does have the sonar and detection sensors.
