    Can anyone tell me what that pin or bar is that is preventing me from putting my rear axel back in. I know it's blocking it because I took a measurement. Please help! Thanks!

    That's the cross shaft pin, are you trying to install the same axle you took out?

    Yes same axel. Thing is I need like an 1 1/2 from being all the way in so I took a measurement and it seems that's what is holding me up?

    You're probably just getting hung up before it slides in all the way, sometimes its a bitch. Try sliding it in, and near the end put pressure downward while pushing to keep the axle in the center of the tube. Good luck.

    Cruiser, what do you mean by missing something? Your saying that pin is called the carrier? I very well could be wrong but man I really feel like I'm hitting it. The measurement I took seems to confirm it?

    if ur measurement is right then it's the wrong side axle.
