Hello, so on my 2006 tundra double cab, I have vents to the rear, i don’t feel any ac going to the back through those vents, am I suppose to do something specific to make the air go towards the back or is something wrong with the vents? Thanks

I’ve tried that, didn’t seem to work, I also closed the 2 vents near the doors

This may or may not help but the below pic shows the Vent layout from 1st Gen New Features for a 2004 DC which should be same for 05/06. It also shows the volume to each vent according to what position the mode is in.

Do you feel the air mode knob is indeed functioning properly ?
Have you had your center console out for any reason and accidently altered the plastic ducts going to rear footwells.

The below is a thread where air controls were not working properly and controls binding was the problem.

oh this is awesome Thank you so much, I’ve never taken the center console off before but then again I did just purchase the truck about 2 months ago so maybe the previous owner did because the carpet looks like it was taken off before and I checked and all the controls work fine

Hmmm….as you can see from chart above concerning Foot only setting and on a scale of 1-5 volume of air wise….side, lower and rear face registers are a 1….defrost a 3 and footwell a 5. What do the other volumes feel like when in Foot position. It’s a tad time consuming but not difficult to take center console out in order to check the footwell plumbing but it would be my last resort. Just now checking mine, I can say without a doubt in Foot position, footwell has a 5 volume compared to the others 1/3 Volume

I’ll try to footsetting, if not then I’ll most likely take off the center console to figure out what’s wrong

If you decide to remove center console, you would know if what they did caused the issue. The below pic with the X is approx 2x4 rectangle plastic tube and the red arrows is simply where it heads to the footwell outlets.

Holler if you need pointers in taking center console out.

So I took off the seat and some other stuff and noticed their wasn’t the footwell ducts which goes under the seat, either the previous owner took them off or they never came with them but most likely the previous owner took them off or something so where could I purchase some ducts, i can’t seem to find them online and for the door panel vents to the back seats
