As much steak as Americans eat you would think there’d be a surplus of leather just sitting around waiting to go in cars and on couches. Unless the leather could be coming from other animals besides cows. Such as goats, alligators or 101 Dalmatians

It’s all fake. The only “leather” in any car is listed as leather seating areas at best. That is the 2 smaller inside panels. One on bottom and one on top. The softex the factory uses actually is designed to last longer than real leather anyway.
