Hi People; I have a 2022 Toyota Tundra 4x4 TRD OffRoad and installed a Ready Lift 3" SST kit (No. 69-52310). Had someone knowledge of any issues with the CV Axle breaking the boot, as consequence of installing the SST kit?

Yes it can happen. CV can also get pulled out when installing any lift if you are not mindful. If it happens at or soon after install, is related to the installer, error, etc.

But over time with a lifted truck, CV boots can split , due to the more aggressive angles after lifting. The boot fins can rub on each other and over time it can split them. But generally, Tundras can be lifted 2-3 inches without any big issue or problems with the CVs.
