    Hello everyone
I have a 2019 TRD Pro, I got it 10 months ago new. In January of this year, I put 295/60r20 Ridge grapplers and 20x9 fuel assault wheels. They have a +1 offset. No rubbing even at a full lock. Recently however, I was in a parking garage, I had the windows down and I as I go to depress the brake pedal I hear a faint almost ratchet sound from the rear wheels. I didn't think much of it. No grinding or any damage has been put on these wheels. No hard off roading. I told my dealer to change the oil and check for the sound as well. They heard it, the first mechanic claims the wheel is not properly installed on the hub assembly. I said okay, I take my truck to the shop whom installed them. They took them off, inspected it, drove it, heard the noise still. He said these are installed properly. No damage of any kind. He heard the noise and said it might be a break issue. I then take it back to the dealer, where they have their master mechanic drive it around the corner. He put the truck on the lift and removes the wheel, he said the conical lug nuts were too long and they see this a lot with fuel wheels. You could see where something was rubbing around the flange part of the nut. He said they will order ones that fit. So I'm kind of in limbo and don't know who to believe. He seemed pretty confident about. I just don't see how a reputable shop, (who does great work) says its not the wheel and now dealer says its a lug nut issue? any ideas. Sorry for the story time. Hope everyone has a great rest of the week!
