Anyone ever have issues w a leak when it rains? I keep finding puddles of water in the cupholders and or on the floormats after a rain. Rarely, I have found padding behind the sunglasses holder to be wet so I'm assuming it's the rubber seal above the windshield but can't be certain cuz often puddles just appear on floormats and everything else interior is dry....

Jerry probably nailed it, but if the cup holders in center console and in both floorboards up front, then I suspect it's coming in from the top of the windshield. Nothing else is directly above the cupholders.

    Please read this thread: https://www.tundras.com/threads/definitive-2000-2006-cab-area-rain-water-leak-thread.70464/

It will give you all the part numbers and info you need to fix the issue. I recommend to get the fasteners used to snap the cowl into place. You'll need them. It's impossible to get that thing off without snapping some.
