    Download the entune app on your phone. Then hook your phone up to the truck via Bluetooth. It will shortly prompt you to install an update.

    Nope regular. To be honest I did it and not impressed at all. It changes some icons and displays them in a more cleaned up manner but sync issues are rediculious.if there is a big update your dealer has to hook it up and perform it.

    I had to take mine into the dealer and they where able to do any update on mine. I do have the premium radio though. It would work fine and then lock up, I was not even able to turn it off and restart it. Normally it would lock on the channel and volume, several minutes later it would go off. The dealer wanted to charge me $60, I argued as it is a common problem on 2014's. They did it free about a year ago.

    I attempted to use the Entune app suite but when providing my VIN, it says it the app is not available. I've read the premium stereo is needed to use the Entune app to update the FW on the head unit.
