I noticed on my 23 tundra trd pro that the volume and sound quality was different from xm radio and apple car play. The apple CarPlay at full volume was very low and a bit distorted.it didn’t matter if I used Bluetooth or cable.
I went into iPhone settings, music scrolled down and deactivated sound check.
By doing this the sound and volume have improved 100%.
I was going to purchase one of those small amps I heard about but now I’m happy with the results.

XM as a source just is awful, so temper your expectations. They compress the crap out of the signal

so maybe just test other source material prior to investing money in an amp, that will do nothing but make the bad sound louder at most.

I Just Bought A 2024 Limited With The 12-Speaker JBL “Premium” System And I Think It’s Just Garbage. The Subwoofer And All Is Garbage. Had Apple Music Playing, USB Stick & XM Radio Playing. Awful Sound. Sounds Very “Muddy.”

Yikes, welcome to the forum. Check your settings and your source. Eq settings on the head unit are separate from different sources.
Xm is garbage so atleast I agree on that.

    Nitrogen filled tires!
XM sucks ! Satellite signals suck. All normal if your radio signal is either one of these transmitter sources.
