New today, toggled the high beams and the radio display shut down for a couple seconds and then came back on. Tried it a few more times and noticed the the speedometer lights went off and speedometer dropped to zero then back to speed I was traveling. Also did it when I turned the headlights on and off, but NOT when I toggled the turn signals. I know my clock spring in the steering column is bad( no horn) and was just about to pull that. Now wondering if that has any correlation, or if it's just the arm mechanism for the headlights and turn signal that needs replacing?

Since you’re adding load to the electrical system when the issue happens, first checks for me would be battery connections (tight, and free of any corrosion), load test the battery, and check body ground cables.

Tundras act stupid when the systems dont get full voltage. A bad connection or weak battery can cause all sorts of issues or alerts, often quite unrelated to what you would think a bad battery or connection would cause. Advice above is best first step.
