2024 TRD Off Road

I want to add a pair of yellow lights to my grille. They only take 18 MA @, but i need to get power from somewhere. I don't want a switch. I wang them to come on when the switch for accessory, or when the engine is running. I want to piggyback off a fuse to run them. Any ideas? Thanks
