Radio/head unit Glitches

Anyone having a glitch now and then on the 21s?? Sometimes out of the blue I can only get one front speaker to work, then there are time the volume control on the dash unit and the steering wheel does not work and then this morning I turned on the truck and there was just a blank screen?? Turned of truck and then it snapped out of what ever it was thinking about!!?? Took it back to the dealer and of course can not make it do it again. I t did a yup one evening at the lot with my salesman biddy on there but it was a push of a button and then normal operations?? Using apple CarPlay??


I named her Black Betty but I’m thinking about the Black Ghost because there might be a Gremlin in there messing with me????

 

Start recording with your phone when it does it again. Lot of time it won’t replicate at the dealership. Sometime a connection is not as secured but once the truck warm up inside pr the radio warm up, it’s ok? Don’t know. But record and show the dealership. Otherwise they will tell you there’s nothing they can find and send you on your way.
