Radio, acc, & cig no power

07 tundra

Leveling kit, air bags, trailer brakes, auxillary fuel tank,

We added an auxiliary fuel tank. Added a toggle switch connected the power to the acc fuse under the dash. Switch didn't work. Installed a new one to the battery with a fuse link. But now there's no power to the radio, cig lighter or the acc at the fuse box under the dash. All fuses in the engine compartment are good and have power on both sides. ??? I can't find a relay. What an I missing?
