I will always refer to him as Eddie "no" Money. I was working at a hotel as a valet and bell hop circa 1990. Cab pulls up and attractive woman with lots of luggage gets out and I take to her the room number she gave me. Knocked on the door and Eddie No Money answers. I take the bags in and turn to leave, he shakes my hand and stiffs me, no tip!

Not uncommon with celebrities from what I’ve read. Michael Jordan was well known for it.

One of my favorite stories, if real:

Don Johnson did the same shit to me.
I was workig the set for the movie Miami Vice and at the end of the shoot the actors would give us all tips and he told three of us that we were lucky to be working on his set.
Throughout the entire time he was a pile of shit.

Philip Michael heard it and took care of us and said he was sorry about that. Winked at my girlfriend and walked away.
He was a great guy and would give people his stuff when he was done with it including spent blanks he would pick up after a shoot

He was EXTREMELY cool. I do backstage concert photography for a local fair and one year he was the headlining act a few years back. I had the opportunity to meet and hang with him for a couple of hours prior to the concert. He was charismatic and hilarious. He had me howling laughing on many occasions. The one thing that blew my mind about him was his popularity and his following despite the fact he was no longer mainstream. I've photographed some pretty big acts and never before and I've never seen bare breasts, that was until I photographed his concert.....and they were 20 somethings.
