Questions about a new Tundra and prepping it for remote island life

I just bought a 2021 Tundra SR5 package with the TRD Offload sticker on it. I'm not sure if the TRD was an extra option or if its just part of the SR5 package. It's not a TRD Pro.

Anyway, the truck has 2850 miles on it. Looks mint. Bought it from a dealer sight unseen and it'll be a couple weeks before it shows up here in Alaska.

    Questions:

Sorry if these seem dumb, I've been a life long Ford guy. After test driving a new F150 and a used 20k mile Tundra, I couldn't bring myself to buy the Ford. The Toyota felt like a higher quality vehicle in every aspect.

Does it have a 110v plug in the cabin? It has a center console with shifter. If not, what is the best way to wire one up? My Fords come with a 400w inverter and 110 outlet and I use it a lot for charging tool batteries, etc.

Is there an idle shutdown timer on 2021 models? If so, can it be turned off or removed via a tuner?

Does it have auto start-stop? If so, like the idle shutdown, can it be permanently disabled via a tuner?

Any bets on whether it will have the 26 gal or the 38 gal tank?

Does it take special antifreeze or does regular green work?

Is there a decent lightbar package setup for the grill?

Truck does not have any side steps. I would like to add some rock rails. Recommendations?

I'll be barging this truck to Adak island (towards the end of the aleutian chain) where it will live out the rest of its life. There are no services (dealers, mechanics, part stores, etc) out there. Adak is known for extreme winds and rain. Barging is extremely expensive so once its there, it stays. All maintenance and mechanical repairs will be done by me. Fortunately, I should be able to garage it or at minimum store it inside a conex when I'm not using it. What would you suggest I do to prep the truck?

    My list so far includes:
Bring a bunch of extra oil, filters, and tires. Basic maintenance items.
Good set of seat covers (probably go with rough country)
Spray the underside of the chassis with a rust preventative like Surface Shield
    Install a battery disconnect
Add a lightbar and side steps as referenced above

What are some of the common failures or wear points on this truck? Any extra parts I should have on hand? A plane flies to the island twice weekly so misc items can still be cargo'd out.

I'm out of order and just a disclaimer that I don't own a 2.5 gen but I do a lot of reading around here.

Takes Toyota pink long life coolant. DO NOT mix with regular green coolant. Sludge, slime, and grime will build up.

I've heard lately the Surface Shield is good stuff.

That didn't start till the new 2022 trucks.

There's a lot of threads on light bar installs around here.

As far as I know if you have a 26 gal you can put the 38 in if you are determined enough.

I have 18K on mine with about half towing a travel trailer. Absolutely no issues at all.

Edit: I screwed up answering your questions You'll have to expand your original post in my reply to see what answers I could provide.

You can flush out the pink coolant and run green but you’ve gotta do a full flush to make sure there is no pink left.

    No auto start stop.

    No idle timer.

I have the rough country seat covers and they are nice.

Look up rock sliders for steps.

My 18 doesn’t have a 110v outlet in it. At least not that I’ve found.

If it’s a 38 gallon tank it will be quite long under the truck. I have the Doublecab and it spans from the front of the overload leaf to the drivers door handle. It’s part of the “SR5 upgrade package” and higher trims I believe. The fact that it has a center console could support it having that package. FYI you’ll never get 38 gallons in when you fill up as it will ready empty at about 8 gallons left (the tank has a large reserve).

No idle shut down timer to my knowledge and no start/stop.

As mentioned I’d only use Pink Toyota coolant.

I don’t think my 2017 has a 120v outlet anywhere, maybe newer or other trims do? Others who overland may have installed them so hopefully someone will chime in.

I have a 2021 SR5 with the 38 gal gas tank and I do not have an 120v outlet.
