I can get a little OCD when it comes to having the tools I need to work on my vehicles. Has anyone ever had a need for a 24mm wrench when working on your 3rd gen Tundra? My current set goes up to 22mm.

I bought the metric deep socket set from HarborFreight just so I had extra sockets and more sizes. Yes they are cheap, but it can save you that one time you need the odd ball socket hahaha

all Japanese manufacture use 8mm,10mm,12mm,14mm,17mm,19mm,21mm,24mm,32mm,36mm. so I get set from 8mm to 21mm then just buy the odd size as I go.

Thanks. I have a 24mm socket with my set already. I will probably go ahead and get one. Never pass up an excuse to add tools to the collection!

I've got lots of Pittsburg in the toolbox.

24mm is also the fill bolt for the transmission. I have a deep 24mm socket I had used on the diff but needed standard depth to squeeze up to the ATF fill bolt.

    Tcase and/or front diff takes a 10mm hex if you’re 4x4.

Don’t forget the 39mm 12 point axle nut socket so that you can remove the CV axle nut.
