I will move to Alaska from Texas I have a 2020 Tundra TSS 4WD.
I am planning to tow my wife 2012 toyota Highlander (4,300LB). The U-HAUL vehicle transporter I am renting is about 2000LB.
Do you guys think I will be able to tow it all the way to Alaska?
    Any advice will be appreciated.
    Thanks.

Your towing capacity is right around 9,000 to 9200 IIRC.

I think you’d be fine other than some chips to the paint of the Highlander. Have you given any thought to driving both vehicles to AK instead of towing? You’re Tundra will get about 9-10 MPG towing instead of 16-17 highway driving...

Take the ferry from Haines to Prince Rupert, BC and drive the rest...that's the BEST way you should do this as I have done the same several times (leaving AK and back and leaving again, etc.)

Is that the most direct way through BC? The RCMP and CBSA have been monitoring Americains going through and issuing large fines for individuals not taking a direct route.

I'm not sure on this...it's a service that has been or used to be, a good alternative to driving through...though the drive isn't bad, it's worst tho if you're towing with the tundra...I was figuring it would almost be a wash on costs (usually higher on a ferry) since all transportation have been curbed for the most part...I'm not sure though...

I would definitely be contacting Canada border services to OK the route.
