Question - Tundra Sunroof Issue

    The sunroof glass on my 2017 Tundra is currently sitting ~1/4" lower than the roof along the back edge (see picture). When I press both the slide and tilt buttons, two clicks are audible, but nothing moves. I replaced the S/R fuse and disconnected the battery overnight just to check those boxes but had no result.

    Any recommendations before I have Toyota take a look? My gut tells me that would NOT be cheap. Thanks in advance!
