Always been a Ford man.Had my Tundra a few months now.Best truck ever only one problem.Truck was too low.
Had local dealer install wheels tires and Westcott lift kit.I have the air suspension. From what I understand it is also a leveling kit which means 7/8" rear and 2"front.
My truck is 2"higher in the rear top of the tire to the fender after installation. This does not seem normal to me?
The dealer is looking into it but it is only the second one they have done.I tried to contact Westcott with no success.
This is my first post, thanks for any help in advance.

The rear link arm for the height sensor is adjustable. Possibly who ever installed it set it too high?

put original link arms back in and adjust those...no need for the westcott arms for 1" lift

This is the second time Ive heard of dealer installing a Westcott. I know he used to work for Toyota but they will actually do this for you?

If the price is right, Id rather sit and drink fountain drinks in the waiting area than do it in my driveway in the Louisiana heat.

Yes the Toyota dealer recommended, ordered and installed the kit the same time as the tires and wheels. They did it so if there's a problem its covered under the Toyota warranty. The labor charge was reasonable.I also like the drinks in the waiting area in the Southern Oregon heat

I believe it really depend on the dealership. The dealer I bought from just a basic dealership who won’t do it. But down the road more from me is a Toyota dealership that is an upfitter. They build off-road vehicles all time.

Yes it’s dealer dependent and of course you get the dealer price/rate which could be $800+ Before taxes not including the alignment needed afterwards.

My local dealer quoted me $1500 to install the Westcott lift. Thus my post for all PNW'ers
