I have an '01 4.7 2WD that has been giving me fits with the brakes locking up! It will be fine at start up or after a long rest, but then it seems to build pressure to the point of almost stopping the truck. I have had to pull over and release pressure from the bleed screw. This is what I've done so far; changed calipers, pads, shoes, and flushed system fluid. thoughts, advise anyone please?

Try replacing the rubber brake lines. They can de-laminate on the interior, acting like a valve that won't allow pressure to release.
