PSA: Recent Orders for Rago Dash Mount

Ordered my Rago dash mount back on 10/25. Got an email saying it shipped 10/27. Got the package last night (11/3). All excited to be able to install this weekend with the ICS backing plate. Opened the Rago box and checked to make sure all is well ... and no Dual USB Port included. #&@%&! Emailed them last night, and just received the following:

Not sure if that's a usunal thing with them or not. So, if you've ordered a Rago dash mount recently, make sure you open the box and check that everything is there that's supposed to be there. If not, shoot them an email asap. I've read more than a few post on here where people say "well, I finally got around to installing 'xyz' a few months later." Check your boxes now, even if you're not going to install right now.
