I love tinkerer! His Toyota IFS videos are pure gold. I just selfishly wish he'd gone 1GT so we could have him in our court.

Good tidbit of info there on wheel offset, and thus spacers, and the reasoning why at 3m40s:

"I wouldn't change more than 1 inch from the factory offset"

Also interesting the tidbits about diff drops (worthless) and OEM CV axles (awesome) vs. aftermarket (garbage) starting around the 11m mark.

He's getting better at being succinct but he's got deep dive videos debunking all the bro science and I love it.

I appreciate his video on springs and how preload does not create harshness from the spring itself, but rather from the end extents of travel being shifted.

I like how he pointed out the difference between oem and autozone cv axles. The travel makes the difference, and I guess it all has a purpose it depends on what you set out to achieve.

Tinkerer is pretty awesome. Legit common sense science. As much as I liked the stance with my spacers, they aren’t going back on. Drives a little smoother without them and doesn’t throw dirt all over the truck.

I know I wish they just sold tires that were three or four inches wider on the “outside” only so we could get the same effect without bending things.
    :p
