Need some.help trouble shooting my 2005 tundra v8. I changed out my starter last week and the air intake manifold gasket while I had it open. Started running rough a couple days later with the check engine light coming on and I have notice small amounts of coolant under the truck after driving, but doesnt appear to be leaking while it's running or while off, just right after I turn the engine off . I ran the code at auto zone and came up as bank 1 lean and misfire on cylinder 2. I replaced the Mass airflow sensor which was under warranty with no improvement. It looks like I maybe missing a couple of injector seals that I am going to replace. With 170k miles should I just replace the injectors too?
What else could be causing the problem? Bad seal on the gasket? Should I have used a gasket seal on it?

Any chance you are losing coolant while parked at an small incline? Is the coolant coming from where the engine meets the trans? You might have tugged on the bypass line and Disturbed the old o-ring behind the water pump while getting the starter out.

as for injectors get them cleaned, it’s about 20$ a injector and comes with new seals and o-rings. I cleaned mine at 160k. I also bought new seals and o rings from Toyota and is was almost 70$ for 16 seals.

Update: one of the coils was bad. Just changed it and is running g better. The check engine light is still on. Hoping it will go off after a bit of running it.

It looks like there is some dried coolant on the on the engine block under the throttle body. It seems about right for where it is dripping.im going to rinse it off and see if it returns

New developments. Had a coil go bad. Replaced it and is running better, but still sluggish acceleration. The engine is starting to run hot while idling. Any suggestions

Are you still losing coolant? I would revisit post #2 quoted here.
