1,800 miles on my 2018 tundra and the pre-collision off light stays on constantly even though the system is on. I can go into settings and turn the system on and off but the light remains the same. Also, at this point the sensitivity will not change. I looked through threads to see if this was a known issue. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Yes there are threads on it already. It's a known issue through Toyota take it to the dealer, covered under warranty

2018. Boight November 2017. Same issue at 400 miles. Replaced sensor. Same issue at 4k miles. Replaced sensor. My truck sits 5 days a week in my car port. Waiting for 3rd time then asking for a complete new truck.

Mine occasionally gives me a phantom alert, and last week I had the issue where the "PCS off" light came on even though the system was still on, and I couldn't adjust the sensitivity, and the adaptive cruise control was a no-go. Fortunately mine isn't acting up enough to be distracting at this point. I've got 2800 miles on the truck and at the 5000 service I'll be sure to mention it so they can hopefully fix it. I know this isn't a solution, but rest assured, your problem isn't unique. Damn radar. I could do without it.

I must have been lucky, never had an issue in 10K miles. The system is sensitive though to having dirt on the windshield where the camera is.
