Who makes a power window motor that isn't a POS other than OEM for a 2006 DC that's doesn't cos 300-500 bucks? I've not had good luck with RA because their parts catalog was incorrect.
I thought that I had fixed my slow ass drivers window with the replacement of door track seal that was all chewed up and binding a while back but I think it was just a part of the problem. I've greased the tracks, replaced that seal and just bought a used OEM regulator with motor and it's about the same. It does lurch towards the mirror within the first inch or so of rolling down but the straightens out. Goes down decent but up drags like hell and both motors are likely weak and I have another problem or it's just the motor. Idk.
Personal experiences.with non OEM motors and part numbers would be awesome too. Thanks.

I bought motor/regulator combo for under $60 including tax and shipping at CarParts .com.

Yes, I'm sure it is cheap Chinese stuff but it's been working just fine for about a year now.

The regulator is a different design and I was convinced they sent me the wrong part, even though the instructions warned you it was a different design than the factory regulator. But it did work just fine

and I should add that I was replacing a cheap replacement that was always loud and noisy and dragging. The OEM one bit the dust a few years earlier. This one from car parts sounds just like the factory passenger side.
