Power window issues..

2014 crew cab sr5
Rear passenger window rolls down but not up. Had someone “look” at it with a power supply power on both side of the switch he said bad motor… I got a new motor regulator and still the same.. put a power supply in the leads to the motor and it seemed like the switch wasn’t reversing polarity.. bought new switch… still the same.. down no up.. anyone have.. I haven’t checked anything with the master switch because it didn’t roll up either.. does anyone know what else I can check, or has had this issue as well? Thanks
