I thought this has been discussed some where but I didn't find it...

I'm looking to buy a power washer. Main use will be to wash my truck with. Any one have any recommendations on what brands and type (gas vs electric)? I want something with high enough PSI to use it around the house on siding, driveway, etc but I don't want to worry about striping my paint off the truck. I'd rather have something higher psi and just stand farther from the truck/be careful/use a wider nossel on the truck. I can always do something to lower psi but if I max it out it's maxed out and might not clean my driveway or whatever.

So, any one have an recommendations as to gas vs electric and why and what PSI you'd recommend?

Man... Really! It's a lot of information I've been trying to digest. I'd like one that would be fine to use everyday, won't break down and will clean my truck and home without taking the paint off of either.

There are so many for sale...

I went into the search bar and typed "pressure washer" and looked at every single thread with those words and did not see this...
