Went to undo the nuts from the pressure and return lines on the rack and they were so corroded and rotted. They broke off so now I have to replace the pressure and return lines up to the reservoir. The routing looks very simple and easy to get to.

In the attached photo, I have one item circled and one item with a red arrow to it

The item that is circled looks like is one of the hoses that runs to the power steering rack

The other is some sort of sensor with two hoses that run to the airbox and one up to the top of the motor Do I just disconnect those two hoses and unscrew that sensor thing and then once I buy the new lines just reconnected?

I was not expecting to have to do all this, but it is what it is. Thanks!!

Sensor is the power steering air control valve and costs a f'n arm and a leg. Truck may idle funny w/o it and steering will be more difficult at idle speeds. Mark your hoses before removal, with corresponding colored marks on the part. Then pop off the hoses and remove.
