My 05 sequoia came with a DVD player and has a plugin outlet for the second row in the center console has anyone converted that into a usb plugin? And also has anyone upgraded the cigarette lighter outlet in the rear.

Big mods are coming soon, but not too soon.
That 115V plugin outlet comes in handy sometimes. But you could tap off of that and add a USB. What do you mean upgrade the cigarette lighter outlet? That outlet also has options.

Also interested in reconfiguring some of the sockets…I would imagine some of the overlanders have jimmied up some cool stuff.

There’s an OEM part number that converts a cigarette lighter to dual USB ports if that’s something you’re interested in, there’s a few different part numbers for it I think depending on make/model, 00016-0025 is one of them. I bought one to replace the center console cig lighter in my ‘21 since it has a front, center and rear cig lighter.
