Today I noticed an unusual spot on the concrete when I pulled out of the driveway. Before I take it to the shop I wonder if someone else has seen the same issue?

This truck has had the temp fuel line recall done and there is no obvious odor.

It's been pretty cold here so I've been starting the truck 10 minutes before I take my kid to school so he won't freeze. The small puddle on the driveway is a drip coming out of the exhaust pipe. But the large puddle seems new and maybe more than just condensation.

Is there frost on the truck? I know if mine has a build up of frost and it melts in the sun or from the heat of the truck, it can drip off and make small puddles. Usually it comes down on the sides of the truck not underneath, but not sure if I paid enough attention to notice anything under it. I suppose you could light a match to find out for sure if it's gas..

At least today yes there was frost. 29F! To be fair I didn't take notes on other days it was covered in frost. That said it seems like an unlikely place for water to run when frost melts.

    I'll stay away from pyrotechnics.

It'll be warmer this afternoon so I'll idle after lunch and report back.

Cardboard it is. I haven't been able to make time to crawl under the truck. Will do this afternoon.

I completely agree. With the temp fix already done that was the last thought on my mind this morning.

There is a small weep hole on the back side of the muffler to let water run out that could be it maybe not but worth a check. Hopefully it's not anything serious.

This is 100% condensation from either the front or the rear condensation drain holes in the muffler. My truck makes an equally large puddle every morning during the 10 minute warm up cycle in winter.

If it doesn't smell like gas, then it's not gas. It wouldn't be ATF because the transmission would have to go back another 4' from where that pic is taken.

    Edit: Added Pics.

Here is the rear drain hole location:

Here is the front drain hole location (credit to @testerdahl for the video - I had to snag a screenshot from his vid for the front drain hole)

Confirmed it doesn't smell like gas. Took a look under after letting it run for four minutes.

I'm surprised at the volume of liquid but it's right out of the drain hole.

    Nitrogen filled tires!
??? The Mothership is getting ready to release a new recall notice for loose nuts behind the steering wheel. Probably only a few million affected by this one!

There's probably a few loose screws and marbles rolling around also.
