Post wiring app issues

The dirty little thieves tried to steal my tundra. Thanks to IGLA system they didn’t get it. But what they did do was destroy much of the wiring under the dash.

the dealership is working on replacing the wiring and are seeing no issues on the vehicle, but my app is showing a few errors (air bags and self leveling lights). The rest of them have cleared.

I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the app but still seeing those two errors. Anyone one have a similar issue with the app updating some things but not all of them. (I see when they unlock a door for example)
