Hi y’all! Looking for some help.

Local shop quoted me $4000 installed for:

    3inch Front strut Spacer lift
1.5 inch rear block with extended U-bolts
    BMC
    Fuel Vector 18x9 +20offset
    35x12.5 BFG KO2s

would I be able to install 5100s instead of spacer lift and still fit 35x12.5 tires?

    Thank you!

$4k for rear block, spacer lift and wheels/tires is high to me. Sure tires and wheels are fetching top dollar now, but wow, 4 grand! You realize the spacer lift and rear block are like $100-200 in parts? BMC including the plates and labor is about $300. There are shops here where I live that will install a spacer lift for like $100 including the parts and install...in order to have you buy tires from them.

Check out the wheel/tire and suspension forum here, there are dedicated threads on fitting 35s on anywhere from 2 to 3 inch lifts. It is possible.

Id skip the spacer lift and blocks, get lifted coilovers and shackes for the rear. You will be happier in the long run. The wheels and tires are the bulk of the cost you listed but I just cant wrap my head around spending that much money and getting a spacer and block lift. Did they break down the cost for you, show you how much each of the parts and installs were or just say, we can do it for 4k?

You might run into rubbing issues with the body mount. With +25 you might have better luck.

I am currently leveled on 5100s on 35x17s

Thank you, no I didn’t ask for the breakdown, I figured wheels and tires are around 3k, so it leaves extra $1000 for BMC and leveling kit and install..it sounded somewhat fair but now you got me rethinking it. Tires and wheels are definitely a huge chunk of it. Thank you for the info!
