Greetings all. I have had a pop n lock installed on my 2018 that has worked flawlessly until recently. It will still lock the tailgate but when you try and unlock it with the remote it activates, but doesn’t unlock, then I have to manually unlock it with the key. I’ve looked inside and don’t see any signs of anything being loose. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

    thanks in advance!

    Maybe it's binding up?

Mine did that. I was getting too much dust and dirt in there. Cleaned it up and lubed a little and worked fine again. If I install one on the new truck I think I’m going to cover it up with a plastic bag or something.
