PO138 and PO158 codes Help

I have a 07 SR5 with 68,000 miles and yesterday it threw 2 codes po138 and po158 the 2 down stream O2 sensors so I changed them. 15-20 miles later it comes back on. So I take it to the local parts store they scan it and the same codes come up. They say it can be an exhaust leak or low fuel pressure and few more things but I don’t hear any leaks and the truck is running fine. Has any one else run into this problem?

 

If you don't have a scanner that can read what the sensors upstream are doing then I would suggest that you consider changing the upstream sensors because if they are not reading correctly it could cause the condition that the downstream sensors are reading. In other words, the sensors may be actually reading correctly but problem is upstream of the sensors....

Just changed the up stream 02 sensors so far so good
