About 40,000 miles ago. I wouldn't bother with the coils. They either work or they don't. New coils won't change anything except make your wallet lighter.

I bought Denso plugs several months ago. My truck is almost at 99k miles and some family issues are taking up my time so I took to my mechanic. He suggested doing the MAF and throttle body cleaning when you do plugs, so I had them do that also. Not huge difference but when I start it now, it does seem quicker to start.
