Plug for holes in bedliner?

    The previous owner cut holes in the top plastic cover presumably to put a rack on. Does anyone make any kind of plug for this or does anyone have a suggestion how to cover.

    I had attached a photo. It shows my tonneau F3218F7E-5DA7-4702-9C33-F27BDF6A6ECD.jpg cover the hole and the plastic top rail.

    I would probably opt to get some tie down plates to put in the holes before buying new top rail covers.
