Currently running a 24’ sr5 with leveling kit, BFG all terrains and a 7’6 western enforcer v-plow when in the lift position I’m only getting about 5-6 inches of clearance in v position only get about and inch or two wanted to know if I need to bring it in to get mount adjusted or if this is normal, would like a few more inches when raised for clearance purposes. Thanks.

Aftermarket lift and or higher load rated springs (require new shocks too). Could do a collar lift too. Assuming that plow and running gear is around 300+ ish lb's? You're probably looking at the 300-400 lb heavy Dobinsons springs with the 2" lift option. Keep in mind though with out the plow its going to ride stiff.

You might be able to stuff some of those coil airbags in there but haven't' seen anyone do that yet or seen a product for the 3ed gen yet.

You could also go with Timbren's in the front too that might help.

Total weight sitting around 500 lbs but there is minimal sag when lifting the blade, wondering if it had to do with the installation? Also headlights are sitting pretty low would like them to be a bit higher at night visibility pretty poor

You'd probably want at least 700lbs load rated springs.

    Many on the way.
The lift height has specs, and the lift chain can be adjusted. Ask the installer to increase it if there is room to do so.

I would just check and see if you could adjust the lift chain first that's what we do at work

The lights adjust by loosening the two nuts under each housing, and moving the complete housing to aim. Make sure you do this with the plow raised. I have what is essentially the same plow on my truck, the main difference being my Snowex has direct lift w/ downpressure. I find the halogen headlamps that come on these plows (Fisher, Western, Snowex are all the same with minor differences in features and of course the color) awful despite adjusting them multiple times.
