    Is my Tundra 1st generation? and when ordering parts why cant I seen my truck after I've entered my complete vin #
    Please know this you are texting with someone that has little or no computer skills

    Yes, it is a first generation. Not sure why your VIN number isn’t being recognized.

    Are you capitalizing the letters? It shouldn't make a difference, but there were a couple different websites out there that didn't identify my VIN with lower case letters.

    If you can go to this website: https://toyota-usa.epc-data.com/tundra/

    And plug your VIN# into the search, it should be able to recognize your truck.

    If it doesn't, you're potentially typing something wrong. Your VIN should be 17 digits long - verify that's true.

    Are you sure you're not mistaking a letter for a number. For instance, mistaking an "S" for the number five "5"! A uhh..friend has done that before
