    Hey Folks .
I’m installing a maestro Rr unit along with an Alpine halo11 stereo and I’m not being successful.
It’s an alpine iLX-F511, a maestro ADS-RR(512)4.0, TO3 harness, all in a 2020 Toyota Sequoia with JBL audio.

I uploaded the firmware with all the specifications asked in the instructions. Plugged the wires in according to the instructions and I’m getting a double blinking red LED. I double-checked the connections, and all seems fine. I have reflashed the maestro module to make sure It’s correct multiple times now and even did the reset procedure a couple times.

I’m still unsuccessful, the maestro still blinks red, and the stereo shows me that the maestro is disconnected.

    What could be the problem?
    TIA

I didn’t run into anything like that and I’m sorry you are.

I had to call Maestro to work out a USB kink, and I found their tech assistance by phone to be among the greatest I have experienced, and they help for free.

Call them and I’d be amazed if you weren’t totally satisfied.

Maestro has a video on the double red blinking error.
My suggestion would be: watch the video, remove and reflash the RR using only default values and see what happens.
If it still is not working call them.

It could be as simple as a software mismatch. Maestro has to update their software when each manufacture makes an update that affects the interface.
