Platinum edition leather has sticky spots

Got a 2017 platinum edition and the leather has some sticky spots…maybe from the sun breaking it down a little? Has anyone seen this? Driver, passenger and back seats by the window. Windows are tinted and always have been. I do live in Florida.

 

Photos would help. I'd start with a leather cleaner and microfiber rag and see if that makes any difference, good or bad. I'd work my way up to Soft Scrub (w/o bleach!) and a soft brush. I did that once on a Lexus I used to own. The results were amazing. If it's the leather itself breaking down (I'd be really surprised if it was) then you may consider replacement.

 

Is it the the sides of the seat? Sides are vinyl. If the wrong petroleum based cleaner was put on, it'll break down the vinyl. Turning it sticky.
