Trying to figure out before I do my own mods
I already know how dumb this sounds - but I attempted to plasti dip my chrome emblems last night and went a little overboard with my second coat, well, noticeably overboard, and now I have some really thick areas of excessive product. My thoughts are that sanding and recoating won’t lead to the results I am hoping for- but is it worth trying or does anyone have a decent solution?

Fuel delete mod Cup holder upgrade
You are better off peeling it off and reapplying. You can't sand or buff dip.

peel it off and start again, no other way that I know of. It should peel right off especially since you just did it.

    You can't sand Plastidip.

As others have mentioned, just peel up and start again.
