    Coolant leak. Chances are it's coming from your coolant pan too

    Your coolant hose to your oil cooler and your clamp need replacing!

    Clean it all up with some hot water and check to see if you have any fissures on that hose nipple.

    Just a heads up, that the Trans coolant puck and hose, not the oil cooler.
