Doesn't suprise me. Chevy, GMC and Dodge(err Ram) are still making the old body style pickup trucks alongside the new ones. You can get a smoking deal on an old style but new truck with them. IMO both of their old designs are still great trucks, especially the GMC and Chevy, they really didn't change all that much on their new trucks on the inside, 5.3 V8 is still pretty much the same(okay new one can run on 1 cylinder to get you 1mpg better), buying the old body style with them might be the way to go.

3” lift, black step bars, aftermarket wheels, LT305/55R20 was this way when I brought it.
i Wonder how much increase or decrease there will be with the new tariffs on imported cars (I know they are built in Texas) but still parts are imported

A while back I saw where Tundra had the most American made parts on a pickup. Ford claimed most american made due to units sold.

Out of all the pickups currently on sale, the Tundra has the highest % of parts made in the USA and are made in Texas.

With the prices of all of the full size trucks, I am steadily surprised sales grow. IMHO, its a bubble, nearing POP, just like the housing market a few years ago.

Trucks sales are booming and will continue for the foreseeable future, until gas prices rise
