Phone won't charge when Tundra turned off...

    New Tundra owner here. I bought a '17 SR5 2wd Offroad CrewMax 2-1/2 weeks ago and am loving it!

    I notice that nothing will charge if the Tundra is turned off. Is there a way to change that?

    My '06 Titan that I just sold would charge anything plugged in whether the truck was running or not, so that's why I'm asking.
