So I recently had to drive across county nearly 1,100 miles. I was really worried because I only get about 10 MPG. I purchased the Pedal Commander and had it shipped to where I was at. Installed it and drove all the way home in “ECO” mode. Going slow as heck and not being able to accelerate. After the 1,100 mile trip back my MPG only improved by less than HALF a gallon. I was now getting 11.2. This thing is garbage for fuel economy, but is awesome if I wanted to get off the line fast. I feel there marketing pitch to improve up to 20% on your MPG’s as very false.

I just use Tow/Haul mode if I need to perk up things a bit. My 07 was good to go as in quite touchy. Took forever to get used to it, but great off the line. In 14 Yota really tamed things down too much as in lame. I engage Tow/Haul most of the time with my 14. Way better. Cost= free and no need to waste $ on the Pedal Commander imho.

I needed one for my 2019 Camry XSE V6, it was slow going from a dead stop and the PC made a huge difference. I figured I'd try one on the Tundra. I ended up returning it because I was screeching the tires at every stoplight

I’ve gained around 1 mpg with my Signal Booster. I keep it on City 4 and because I can control the throttle input a lot more I get the extra mpg.

"Signal Booster"? Is it cheaper than PC?

    Alot of them
The PC was designed to reduce throttle delay, not for mpg increase.

No it’s not cheaper. It’s the same price but doesn’t go on sale.

Signal booster is the original. Pedal Commander is a copy of the Signal booster. The Signal booster doesn’t have as many features as the PC, such as Bluetooth, but the controller is the size of a quarter and it works perfectly. I watched some YouTube vids on the PC and saw that some people had issues with them so I decided to go with the original.

Based on how I understand the PC works I don’t see any way it would help highway mileage. Around town in stop and go traffic you would probably see some benefit. Not sure how much though.

I love the PC. Gotta play around with the different settings, which are many, but once you find your groove it is soooo fun. Especially if you have headers with no cats

Eco-mode is a complete turd, and anyone who bought one to try to save gas should definitely send it right back to them. On the other hand, i run Sport+2 and love it to death. I guess it all depends on how you run your truck.

Yes I did lol. I don’t know why but I’m always calling it the signal booster.

It looks like the Booster is about $75 cheaper than the Commander up here in Canada
