Passengerside knock not sure if it's a leak or rod

I've got 2019 I've changed the oil from 0w to 5w dodge nothing I think the 5w made it louder next I'm going to put toyota oil in it c if it helps makes no noise under load at all motor sounds fine with hood open just loud on passenger side by the manifold a knocking noise this is my second tundra first one didint do this just wondering if anyone else has tried diffrent things truck runs great like I said no noise with load so I'm thinking it wouldn't hurt the motor and that it might be normal and help woukd be great thanks
