I just noticed on my passenger side mirror, that my camera and the cover some how come off, has anyone had this happen. Can you just replace the camera and the cover in sits in or do you have to replace the whole mirror

There's been numerous threads on this. Seems like a common problem.

I haven't read all the threads, but I think most dealerships are replacing the entire mirror assembly under warranty.
