I tried to search but nothing that will answer my question.
I wanted to know if I remove my passenger seat and disconnect wires will it cause warning lights on air bag? Stop the other air bags from working?
For quick camping I planned on removing seat and using memory foam to crash out for a night. I have a truck tent but if it's just 1 night I would rather sleep inside truck. Just don't want to ruin Electronics or get air bag issues.

Your best bet is to try. Just get underneath and disconnect and go for a drive. I took my seats out when I did my leathers and seat heaters. No lights or anything afterwards when it was all back together.

Keep in mind I believe you'll have that mini amplifier underneath your passenger seat so that might make for a weird surface. What about removing your rear seats and sleeping across the back?

I'm 6'4" so the sideways thing doesn't work for me. I watched a video somewhere where I guy made a platform (wood) but it was an older truck. I am hoping the 4 inch foam I have will sit over the amp to Protect it. Im just nervous about air bag issues if unplugged while driving.
The goal for this is 1 nighters but stealth so there isn't a big tent on the back. I have a kodiak canvas tent which I love because it includes the tailgate length. Giving me enough length with the short bed.

In the for what it's worth column we recently gutted the rear seats & belts to install a complete GOOSE Second Row Delete Plate System 3225-GGR-WC on the 2016 without any issue's popping up? .... No warning lights, threats, sparks, etc. nada?

I didn't think there are any air bag plug ins in the back, is there?

Any update on this? Planning on doing this and if an airbag light pops up, I'll be using an airbag bypass resistor.
