Passenger front side interior grab handle

I own a '04 Tundra, but a friend who owns a "07 DC sent me a picture of a broken interior handle (see below). From what I'm able to see, it appears the damaged part is the right side fastener end. Anyone know if just this part is available? Or does the entire handle need to be replaced? Thanks in advance.

 

I might can help OP but I don't think that is a "handle"---at least not one that's meant to hold a human's weight. I think it's a fold down coat hanger holder.

If I'm correct, there is no wonder it broke.
